My Costco Grocery List

My clients and friends know that I absolutely love Costco! Here are my top 3 reasons why:

  1. Bulk Sizes - Buying in bulk means I only need to make a trip every few weeks, and the food lasts longer. Sure, it’s hard to leave Costco without spending at least $100, but I like to think of it as stocking up on food that will last a while, even if that's not always true.

  2. Great Prices - For things like meat, Costco is often the most budget-friendly option. And don’t forget the gas—Costco has some of the best deals around!

  3. Variety of Healthy Options - I often recommend Costco to my clients for its variety of healthy food options. They have a great range of clean proteins, healthy pre-made meals, frozen fruits and veggies, essential staples, and more!

Now for the fun part… What do I buy at Costco? I’ve put together this blog post to help guide you on some healthy items you might want to pick up. P.S most organic items at Costco are marked with a green price tag!

Keep in mind that each Costco store might have different items depending on the season. I’ve included most product links so you can check out the packaging, nutrition facts, allergens, and more, but you should be able to find them all at Costco. Happy shopping!
